廢塑料的再生利用可分為簡單再生利用和改性再生利用兩大類。簡單再生利用是指將回收的廢塑料制品經(jīng)過分類、清洗、破碎、造粒后直接加工成型。改性再生利用是根據(jù)不同廢塑料的特性加入不同的改性劑,使其轉化成高附加值的有用材料。廢塑料經(jīng)過改性后,機械性能得到改善或提高,可用于制作檔次較高的塑料制品。塑料廢物資源化,既可以節(jié)省和利用資源,降低處理費用,又可消除或減輕廢塑料對環(huán)境的影響,是近年來廢塑料資源化研究的焦點。資源化方法包括:油化再生、高爐噴吹、與煤共焦化和固體燃料熱能利用技術(RDF)等。
The recycling of waste plastics can be divided into two categories: simple recycling and modified recycling. Simple recycling means that the recycled waste plastic products are processed directly after classification, cleaning, crushing and granulation. According to the characteristics of different waste plastics, different modifiers are added to transform them into useful materials with high added value. After modification, the mechanical properties of waste plastic are improved or raised, and it can be used to make plastic products of higher grade.
